1. Shipping Origin & Timing
All orders ship from Alpharetta, GA. We process shipments at 12 PM (noon) on the next business day after your order.

2. Domestic Delivery (within U.S.)
Expect delivery in up to 5 business days after shipping.

3. Free Shipping On Orders Over $199
If your order subtotal exceeds $199, shipping is free.

4. International Shipping 
Estimated delivery times from the U.S.:

• To the UK

  • Express options such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS: ~1 to 3 business days 

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: ~3 to 5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail International: ~6 to 10 business days

  • Economy services: ~10 to 20 business days

• To Australia

  • Standard/express shipping: ~6 to 10 business daysEconomy options: ~14 to 21 business days
